Tackling unconscious bias at work

About

Drawing on our expertise in psychology and behavioural science, we developed educational materials that will help participants recognise unconscious bias, understand the brain mechanisms behind it, consider how it affects their interactions with others, and find practical ways to reduce its impact on their work and behaviour. The training uses activities and discussion points to explain the subject in the broad context of how our brains work.

By presenting unconscious bias as part of our everyday lives, the course encourages participants not only to change their own habits and behaviours, but also to think about how they might change the systems and processes around them.
